1 medium onion
4 chicken breasts (I use whatever kind of chicken I have)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup chicken broth
1 1/2 cups water
2 1/2 cups dry stuffing mix
1/4 cup butter or margarine
1/2 cup milk
Recipe
Stew chicken with whole peeled onion in 1 cup water. Drain, debone if necessary, and dice chicken. Place in bottom of a casserole dish.
Mix cream of chicken soup with 1/2 cup water then pour over chicken.
Mix melted butter, chicken broth and stuffing mix together. Spread over chicken and soup mixture.
Just before baking pour 1/2 cup milk over all. Cover with foil - bake 1 hour at 325.
