Chicken, Noodles, & Broccoli Skillet

4 skinless boneless chicken breasts, 1-inch pieces
2 cups broccoli florets
6 ounces egg noodles
1 cup chicken broth
1 cup water
1/2 cup lowfat sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soupRecipe
Spray large nonstick skillet with nonstick cook spray. Heat over high until hot. Add chicken; cook and stir 1 minute.
Add broccoli florets, noodles, broth and water; stir until well blended. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium; cover tightly and cook 15 minutes or until chicken in no longer pink and noodles are tender.
Reduce heat to low; add sour cream and soup. Cook an additional 5 minutes or until heated thoroughly.
