1 cup chicken, cooked & diced
1 cup cooked rice
1/2 cup frozen peas
1 small jar chopped pimentos
1 can mushroom soup
1 cup mushrooms, sliced & sautéed in butter
1 - 2 oz. Velveeta cheese, diced
2 - 3 oz. white wine
splash of worcestershire or tabasco
milk to thin sauce if necessary
Recipe
Combine ingredients, thinning soup with water or milk as needed. Bake at 350° about 30 minutes, or until heated through.
