1 1/4 c. uncooked long grain rice
1 can cr. of chicken soup
1 can cr. of mushroom soup
1/4 c. melted margarine
1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. French dressing
6-8 skined and bones chicken breasts
3 oz. Parmesan cheese
1 pkg. slivered almonds
Recipe
Mix together all liquid ingredients and add to raw rice.
Pour 1/2 of rice mixture in bottom of 9 x 13 greased pan.
Cover with uncooked chicken breasts and pour remaining rice mixture on top. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and almonds. Bake, uncovered, in 275* oven for 2 1/2 hrs.
