4 skinless boneless chicken breasts
1 onion, chopped
1 tbsp. butter
12 oz spaghetti
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 lb. box Velveeta
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes & chiles
sautéed mushrooms (optional)
Recipe
Boil chicken until tender, chop chicken.
Saute onion in butter until soft.
Cook spaghetti in the same water as you cooked the chicken and drain pasta when done.
Combine soup, sautéed onions, Velveeta & Ro-Tel in a sauce pan or microwave safe bowl. Heat until cheese is melted and all is blended. Add mushrooms if desired.
Mix all ingredients together and heat until all is hot through.
