8 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
2 T. soy sauce
2 T. oil
1/2 t. garlic powder
1 bunch fresh broccoli, cut into bite-size pieces
1 c. sliced mushrooms
1/2 c. toasted sliced almonds (optional)
2 c. water
2½ to 3 t. instant chicken bouillon
2 T. cornstarch
Recipe
Cut chicken into bite-size pieces and marinate in soy sauce for 10 minutes.
Heat oil and stir-fry chicken with garlic powder and push to one side.
Add broccoli & stir-fry 2 minutes. Add mushrooms and almonds.
Mix together in small bowl, water, bouillon & cornstarch and add to chicken broccoli. Cook until thickened, about 2 minute.
