Chile, Cheese, Ham & Noodle Bake

SAUCE:
1/4 cup butter or margarine
3 - 4 tbsp flour
1 can canned milk
1/2 milk c water
2 oz. grated cheddar cheese
2 oz. grated mozzarella cheese
2 oz. grated jack cheese
2 oz. grated parmesan cheese
2 oz. cream cheese
1 small ca diced green chiles
½ to ¾ cup toasted pine nuts
parsley flakes for color
CASSEROLE:
2 cups cooked pasta or noodles
2 cups diced cooked hamRecipe
Melt butter in large skillet and add flour. Blend until smooth and cook a couple of minutes, stirring constantly. Continue stirring as you add milk and
water, and cook until smooth and thickened. Add green chiles and cheese, cooking and stirring until cheese all melts, thinning with additional water if
necessary. Add parsley and pine nuts.
Combine sauce with pasta and ham; spoon into a greased baking dish and bake at 350° about 20-30 minutes until heated through.
