Corn Dog Casserole

1 lb hot dogs
1 egg
3/4 cup milk
1 ts thyme
1/4 ts pepper
1 pkg Jiffy cornbread mix
cooking spray
ketchup & mustardRecipe
Slice hot dogs. Spray skillet with cooking spray & saute hot dogs for 5 minutes. Reserve 1 cup of the hot dogs & put the rest in a bowl. In a separate bowl, combine eggs, milk, thyme & pepper. Add hot dogs. Stir in cornbread mix. Spread mixture in shallow 1-1/2 qt. dish. Top with reserved hot dogs.
Bake at 400 for 30 minutes. Cut into squares and serve with ketchup and/or mustard for dipping.
