2 c. fresh asparagus (in 2 in. pieces)
1 can mushroom soup
1 c. shredded cheddar
1 4 oz. can mushrooms, drained
1 sm. jar dried beef, rinsed and cut in pieces

Place asparagus (1 layer) in bottom of 1 1/2 qt, casserole. Add half of mushrooms, half of dried beef, half of soup, half of cheese. Repeat layers.
Bake at 350* for 35 to 40 min.
Serve over toast or mashed potatoes.
Note: I have made this using white sauce instead of soup, too, but this goes faster!
