    Easy Cheesy Potatoes with Kielbasa

    List of Ingredients




    1 package frozen hashbrown potatoes (cubes) - I used Potatoes O'Brien
    2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
    1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
    1 cup sour cream
    1 can cream of potato soup
    1/2 small onion, chopped
    1 Polish kielbasa sausage sliced into "coins"
    Salt and pepper to taste

    Recipe



    Mix all together and bake in a 350° oven for 1 hour or until potatoes are tender and top is lightly browned.
