2 packages of crescent rolls (pilsbury or generic...(2) 8 packs...16 total)
2 chicken breasts, cooked and cut into chunks
1 can cream of chicken soup (10 oz)
1 cup sour cream
frozen mixed veggies (as many as you like)
Recipe
Preheat oven to 375 F
Line bottom of pie plate with one package of crescent rolls...smoosh them together so it will make a bottom crust.
Mix cream of chicken soup with sour cream. Add chicken and frozen veggies and mix well.
Spoon into bottom crust. Top with second package of crescent rolls.
Put in preheated oven and cook for about 25 - 30 minutes
Note: you may want to cook the bottom crust BEFORE adding the filling to ensure the bottom crust gets fully cooked.
