Add potatoes; cook and sitr 8 to 10 minutes or until browned. 3. Stir in salsa, chili powder and ground beef. Cook 5 to 8 minutes or until thoroughly heated, stirring occasionally. 4. Sprinkle with cheese. Cover; cook 2 to 4 minutes or until cheese is melted.
