    List of Ingredients




    1 pound ground chuck
    1 tablespoon vegetable oil
    3 cups frozen potatoes O' Brien
    1 cup thick & chunky salsa
    2 teaspoons chili powder
    4 ounces Colby jack cheese, shredded

    Recipe



    1. In large nonstick skillet, brown ground beef. Remove beef from skillet; cover to keep warm. Discard drippings

    2. In same skillet, heat oil over medium heat until hot. Add potatoes; cook and sitr 8 to 10 minutes or until browned.

    3. Stir in salsa, chili powder and ground beef. Cook 5 to 8 minutes or until thoroughly heated, stirring occasionally.

    4. Sprinkle with cheese. Cover; cook 2 to 4 minutes or until cheese is melted.
