    1 24-oz pkg. frozen shredded hashbrowns
    1/4 cup melted butter
    8 - 10 ounces diced cooked ham
    1 4 oz. can diced green chiles
    6 ounces grated Swiss cheese
    6 ounces grated mozzarella cheese
    4 beaten eggs
    ½ - ¾ cup milk
    ½ - ¾ tsp. seasoned salt

    Recipe



    Butter a deep glass baking dish. Thaw hashbrowns on paper towels, pressing out as much moisture as possible. Press dry hashbrowns into bottom of baking dish, and up sides, to form a solid crust. Brush with melted butter - including top edges. Bake in preheated 450° oven for 25 minutes.

    Remove crust from oven and layer in ham, chiles and cheeses. Combine eggs, milk & salt; beat until smooth and pour over all Reduce oven heat to 350° and bake 40 minutes, or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.

    Slice into squares and serve warm.
