    This hamburger casserole my mom used to make. It was the only way my brother Tony would eat cooked veggies so it was called "Tony's Favorite Vegetables."

    List of Ingredients




    1 lb. hamburger
    1 onion- chopped
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. carrots -chopped
    1 c. celery -chopped
    2 c. potatoes -diced
    1 can tomato soup
    salt and pepper

    Recipe



    Crumble hamburger in casserole dish. Put onion on top of that. Then the can of mushroom soup, the carrots, celery and potatoes. Last, pour the can of tomato soup. Salt and pepper to taste.

    Bake at 350 about an hour, until cooked through.
