Hash Brown Quiche

3 cups shredded hash browns, thawed
1/4 cup butter, melted
1 cup diced cooked ham
1 cup (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
1/4 cup diced green pepper
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepperRecipe
Press hash browns between paper towels to remove excess moisture. Press into the bottom and up the sides of an ungreased 9-inch pie plate. Drizzle with butter. Bake at 425 for 25 minutes.
Meanwhile, combine ham, cheese and green pepper in a bowl. In another bowl, beat eggs; add milk, salt and pepper.
Spoon ham mixture over crust. Pour egg mixture over all. Reduce heat to 350. Bake 25-30 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center tests clean. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
