List of Ingredients
32 Oz Frozen Hash Browns, use loose small cut -OR- Use refrigerated hashbrowns-in the dairy case.
1 Can Cream Of Chicken Soup
1 Pt Sour Cream
2 C Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1/2 C Chopped Onions
1 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Pepper
3/4 C Butter -- Melted
2 C Corn Flakes -- Crushed
*If you use hashbrown that are not frozen, cut the oven down to 325 and check for doneness after 35-40 mins.
Recipe
Mix together hash browns, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, cheese, onions, salt, pepper and 1/2 cup melted butter. Spread mixture into 13X9X2 baking dish.
Combine the remaining melted butter and crushed corn flakes and top mixture evenly. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
