Fat Dog Casserole

List of Ingredients
1 tbsp. butter or margarine
1/2 onion, chopped
1/2 green bell pepper, chopped
1 8-oz. can tomato sauce
1/2 tsp. garlic powder (or fresh garlic in w/onion & peppers)
1 3-oz. pkg. cream cheese (velveeta will work but cc is better!)
1/2 cup sour cream
8 hot dogs, cut in half-inch slices or smaller
2 cups cooked noodles
1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
Recipe
Sauté onion & green pepper in butter; add tomato sauce & garlic powder. Blend together cream cheese & sour cream until smooth & stir into sauce; add sliced hot dogs.
Place drained noodles in bottom of casserole dish; spoon hot dog mixture on top & sprinkle with grated cheddar cheese. Heat at 350° for about 20-30 minutes, or until mixture is bubbly & cheese is melted.
(or heat the sauce to serving temperature, and just stir the whole thing together in a dish, top with grated cheese & run under the broiler for about 3 minutes until cheese melts.)
