1 (46 oz.) can shoestring potatoes
1 can condensed cream-of __ soup (your choice)
1 (6oz.) can of tuna or canned chicken
3 oz. can sliced mushrooms, drained
1/4 cup chopped pimentos
Recipe
Save 1 cup of shoestrings for the top.
Combine remaining shoestring potatoes with the soup, tuna or chicken. Add the mushrooms & pimento.
Pour into a 1 1/2 quart casserole and sprinkle the 1 cup of shoestrings potatoes on the top.
Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes, or until heated through.
