Spinach Stroganoff Pie from Millie

I start out with kinda a ground beef stroganoff...
1# ground beef
garlic chopped
onion chopped
salt/pepper
chili powder ~ a smidge
cinnamon ~ a smidge
Put onion/garlic & bit of pepper to saute in smidge of oil in pan, add ground meat & brown to grey but not pink. I add my seasonings about halfway thru the browning process.
Meanwhile, line a pie pan with refrigerator croissant rolls...unroll em, separate em & line the pan with wide end in the middle & pointed ends out hanging over the edge.
Mix together:
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 C sour cream
Remove meat mix from heat & add:
1 (10-oz) pkg chopped spinach ~ thawed & squeezed dry
shredded jack cheese as needed
Then fold in the soup/sour cream mix. Spoon into the crossaint-lined pie pan. Pull the pointed ends over the top w/points in the middle. Drizzle w/melted butter & sprinkle grated parmesan over top.
Bake in preheated 350° oven til crossaints are golden brown and filling is thick & bubbly - about 15 minutes.
Remove from oven ~ let sit just a bit then slice & serve.
