    List of Ingredients




    2 tablespoons margarine or butter
    3 cups (about 8 oz) thinly sliced fresh mushrooms
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    1 clove garlic minced
    2 cups water
    3 chicken, beef, or vegetable bouillon cubes
    3 cups (8 oz) Rotelle or Rotini noodles, uncooked
    1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese (optional)
    1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

    Recipe



    In large skillet over medium heat, melt butter; add mushrooms, onion and garlic. Cook 3 minutes or until tender, stirring ocassionally. Stir in water and boullion cubes; heat to boiling. Stir in uncooked pasta; reduce heat to medium. Cover; simmer 12 minutes; stirring ocassionally, or until pasta is tender and liquid is absorbed. Stir in cheese and parsley; serve immediately.

    Yields 5 servings (1 cup each)
