1 stick Butter
2 cloves Garlic, minced
1/2 lb. Ham, diced
1 c. Milk
4c. Chicken Broth
3 c. Yellow Cornmeal
6 Eggs
8 oz. Cheddar Cheese, shredded

Preheat oven to 325ºF. Grease a 15”x10”x2”
baking dish or cookie sheet.
In skillet, melt butter. Saute garlic and ham until ham is slightly browned. Add broth and milk and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and add cornmeal. Stir until thickened. Remove from heat.
In a separate bowl, beat eggs until well mixed and add to cornmeal mixture.
Spread Polenta in greased pan, smoothing surface.
Bake 20 minutes.
Pour cheese over top and bake another 10 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serve hot.
