1/2 C flour
6 pork chops, rinsed and left damp
3 Tables. oil
1 can mushroom soup
1 C water
1 can beef broth
1 pack long-grain and wild rice mix

Preheat oven to 350
Place flour in a shallow dish and add the pork chops to coat.
Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Brown pork chops 5-6 mins. on both sides.
Meanwhile, combine the remaining ingredients in a 9x13 inch baking dish and mix well. Place browned pork chops over the rice mixture. Cover with foil and bake 45 mins to 1 hour, or until chops are no longer pink.
