1 250gr/8oz pkt of cheese filled ravioli,
1 jar of pasta sauce
250gr/8oz ground beef
1 onion, diced
1 green capsicum/pepper,diced
1-2 cl garlic, crushed
250gr/8ozs cheddar cheese, grated
125gr/4ozs mozzarella cheese, grated
Recipe
Cook pasta according to directions. Brown the garlic, beef, onion and capsicum. Cook, stirring for 5 minutes. Add pasta sauce.Simmer 5 minutes.
Drain pasta. Add pasta to meat mixture. Layer meat mixture in baking dish. Top with cheddar cheese. Add mozzerella cheese on top. Cover with foil, and bake 180C/350F for 25 minutes. Uncover in last 5 minutes.
