1 can cream-style corn
3 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. cracker crumbs
2 tsp. chopped onion
3 tbsp. chopped green pepper
1 lb. sausage, in casings
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp/ pepper
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
3 tbsp. drippings
1/4 c. water
Recipe
Fry sausage until brown. Remove from pan and slice in small pieces.
Place half the sausage in bottom of greased 1 qt. casserole. Mix corn with remaining ingredients. Pour over sausage and top with remaining sausage slices. Bake 1 hr. 1 hour in 350 oven.
