Shepherds Pie

Take leftover beef & vegetables and layer in a deep baking dish, alternating meat and veggies. Pour in gravy (bottled is fine) then top with whipped potatoes so they fluff over top of dish.
Cook at 350 for one hour or so - til the potatoes are a golden brown. Gravy gets absorbed easily in this dish, so you may want to serve some on the side.
