2 pounds ground beef
1 tablespoon dry onion
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 pound mushrooms cleaned & cut
1 10 3/4-ounce can cream of celery soup
2 packages frozen chopped spinach
1/2 cup raw minute rice cooked
1/2 pound monterey jack cheese grated
1 cup sour cream Recipe
Brown ground beef, onion, garlic powder & mushrooms. Top with frozen spinach & cook over low heat until spinach thaws & falls apart. Remove from heat.
Fold in soup, sour cream & rice. Place in 9x13 greased casserole ~ Cover with cheese & bake at 350° for 45 mins.
