Recipe Introduction
Freezes well - an excellent make-ahead meal.

6 oz pasta screws - cooked and drained
2 cans tuna drained and flaked
2 boxes frozen peas - run some water over them and drain
1/2 lb mushrooms, sliced and sauteed
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1/4 tsp dill weed
1/4 tsp celery seeds
1/8 tsp pepper
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1/4 cup milk
3 Tsp dry sherry
3 slices bread - crumbled
2 Tbls butter - meltedRecipe
Oil 2/1/2 quart shallow casserole
Combine peas, sauteed mushrooms & herbs
Combine soup, milk and sherry
Combine bread crumbs and butter
Layer:
1/2 of tuna
1/2 of peas, mushrooms & herbs mixture
1/2 of soup, milk & sherry mixture
All of noodles
1/2 of tuna
1/2 of peas mushrooms & herbs mixture
1/2 of soup, milk & sherry mixture
Top with bread crumbs & butter
Bake 1/2 hour in 350 degree oven.
