1 10-oz. pkg. frozen peas, thawed
2 cups cooked diced turkey
1½ cups cooked noodles
2 tbsp. butter or margarine
1/4 cup chopped onion
8 oz. sliced mushrooms
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 cup milk
salt to taste
1/4 tsp. curry powder
1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Combine peas, turkey and noodles in a 2-quart buttered casserole dish. Melt butter and sauté onion & mushrooms until soft; blend in soup, milk & seasonings. Pour over turkey mixture and top with shredded cheese. Bake at 350° about 30-40 minutes, or until heated through.
