    Upside Down Pizza II

    List of Ingredients

    1kg/2lb minced/ground beef
    1 large brown onion, diced
    1/2 capsicum/ bell pepper, diced
    1 cl garlic, crushed
    425gr/15oz jar of pasta sauce
    3 Tblsp tomato paste.
    1/4 cup sliced pepperoni
    220gr/8oz mozzarella cheese, grated (can use sliced too)
    2 eggs,
    1 cup milk,
    1 Tblsp olive oil,
    1 cup plain flour,
    1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated

    Recipe

    Preheat oven to 180C/350F.

    Brown the beef, onion, capsicum and garlic. Drain.Add tomato paste and stir fry 2 minutes.

    Add the pizza sauce and simmer 3 minutes.Stir in the pepperoni. Transfer to a 23x33cm/9x13 baking dish sprayed with cooking spray. Top with the mozzarella.

    Mix the eggs, milk, oil, salt, and flour. Carefully spoon over the cheese. Top the whole thing with parmesan. Bake for 25-30 min.
