Yankee Pleaser Casserole

2# bulk sausage, cooked and drained
4 eggs
2 C grated cheddar cheese
1 C cooked Grits
1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
1 and 3/4 C hot milk
1/2 C melted butterRecipe
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 2 quart dish. Layer the sausage and cheese in the bottom of casserole. In a medium bowl combine eggs, grits, corn muffin mix, milk and butter. Pour over sausage and cheese. At this point the uncooked mixture may be refrigerated overnight if you want or baked for 1 hour.
