    Freezing & Reheating Pancakes & Crepes

    FREEZING

    Stack Pancakes {crepes} one atop the other w/piece of
    waxed paper in between. Wrap the whole pile in foil n’ freeze.
    {I put in freezer zip bags}

    If preferred, they can be rolled round a savory filling &
    packed into containers.

    RECECOMMENDED FREEZER LIFE:

    Unfilled = 4 mo’s
    Filled = 2 mo’s

    REHEATIN:

    Unfilled:

    Un wrap n spread out & leave @ room temp about 20min’s &
    use as required. OR spread on bake tray, loosely cover with
    foil and reheat for about 10min’s {400°} OR re~heat in a
    lightly greased fry pan for about ½ min ea side.

    Filled:

    Sprinkle pancakes w/grated cheese and bake from froze
    {400°} for about 30 min’s
