    List of Ingredients




    1-1/4 Cup All-Purpose Flour
    1-1/2 Cup Firmly Packed Brown Sugar
    1 Tsp Baking Powder
    1/8 Tsp Salt
    1/4 Cup Butter, Melted
    2 Tbsp Water
    2 Tsp Vanilla Extract
    2 Eggs
    1/2 Cup Butterscotch Chips

    Recipe



    Heat oven to 350. Spray 9-inch pan with Pam.

    Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup; level off.

    In a large bowl, combine flour, brown sugar, baking powder and salt; mix well. Add butter, water vanilla and eggs; blend well.

    Spoon and spread batter evenly into pan. Sprinkle with chips.

    Bake at 350 for 25 to 30 minutes. Cool 45 minutes before cutting into bars.
