These are sinfully delicious but just add some vanilla ice cream and oh WOW, you are in your own world! LOL! DH wants me to tell y'all that these are HUSBAND APPROVED!
List of Ingredients
1 21.5 or 23.6 ounce package of fudge brownie mix (OR you can use my Very Rich Brownie recipe, which is what I did, and I'll post it too)
1 8 ounce package cream cheese, softened
2 Tablespoons butter or margarine, softened
1 Tablespoon corn starch
1 14 ounce can Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milkk
1 egg
2 teaspoons vanilla extract

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare brownie mix (or your own recipe) and spread into well greased 9 X 13 inch baking pan.
2. In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, butter and corn starch till fluffy
3. Gradually beat in the Eagle Brand milk..add egg and vanilla, beat until smooth. Pour cheesecake mixture evenly over the brownie batter.
4. Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until the top is lightly browned. Cool. Spread with frosting. Cut into bars. Store covered in the refrigerator.
