List of Ingredients

1/2 cup shortening
1 1/3 cups light brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 cups self-rising flour
1 cup crushed cornflakes
1 1/2 cups chopped pecans


Recipe

Cream together shortening, sugar, eggs and vanilla. Add dry ingredients and mix well.

Roll into 2 inch balls and bake at 350 degrees for 9-11 minutes.
