1/2 C Unsalted Butter
4 oz. Cream Cheese, softened
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 3/4 C Flour
2 T Sugar
Dash Salt
1 C Finely Chopped Pecans
Confectioner's Sugar
Recipe
In a mixing bowl, cream the butter and cream cheese. Add vanilla. Combine the flour, sugar, and salt; gradually add into the creamed mixture. Stir in pecans.
Chill.
Dough will be stiff, but shape into 2-inch long logs/fingers. Place 2 inches apart on ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 12-14 minutes or until lightly browned. Roll warm cookies in confectioner's sugar; cool.
