Gooey Chocolate Cashew Bars

I did the whole thing in my processor w/the "dough blade" ~ made it a total snap.
List of Ingredients
CRUST
1 ½ C A/P Flour
½ C Butter Softened
¼ C firmly packed brown sugar
TOPPING
1 ½ C salted cashew, coarsely chopped
1 ½ C semi~sweet real chocolate chips
¾ C sugar
3 eggs, slightly beaten
3 T Butter, melted
2 tsp vanilla

Recipe
Heat oven to 350°
Combine all crust ingred’s in small mix bowl. Beat @ low spread til mix resembles coarse crumbs.
Press crust mix onto bottom of ungreased 13x9 bake pan.
Bake for 15min’s or til edges are lightly browned.
Meanwhile, stir together all topping ingredients, mix well.
Spread topping over hot, partially baked crust.
Continue baking for 28~30min’s or til set.
Cool completely.
Cut into bars.
Cover & store in fridge.
