    List of Ingredients




    1 pkg lemon cake mix
    1/3C shortening
    1/3C margarine or butter softened
    1 egg
    1 tub ready to spread lemon frosting

    Recipe



    Heat oven to 350.

    Mix half of cake mix, shortening, margarine and egg in bowl until well mixed. Stir in remaining cake mix.

    Drop by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet.
    Bake 10-12mins. or until light brown around edges. Cool.

    Spread frosting over cookies.

    Makes 2 1/2 dozen
