2 cups finely crushed pretzels
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, melted
2 cans (14 oz each) sweetened condensed milk
3 eggs, lightly beaten
1/2 cup lime juice
4 tsp. grated lime peel
Recipe
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a 9x13 pan with foil, allowing foil to hang over the sides; coat with nonstick spray.
Combine pretzels, sugar and butter. Press firmly over the bottom of the prepared pan.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, or until crust is firm. Remove from oven and let cool slightly (leave the oven on).
Meanwhile, in large bowl, combine the remaining ingredients.
Pour into the cooled crust, bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until the center is firm. Cool completely on wire rack.
When cool, pull up on foil to remove from pan, cut into bars.
