    No-Bake Butterscotch Bars

    1 c. sugar
    2 beaten eggs
    3/4 c. margarine or butter
    2 c. graham cracker crumbs
    2 c. miniature marshmallows
    1 c. coconut
    1/2 c. nuts (I use pecans)
    1/2 c. peanut butter
    6 oz. package of butterscotch morsels

    Recipe



    Cook sugar, eggs and margarine together over low heat, stirring constantly for about five minutes. Cool, then add graham cracker crumbs, marshmallows, coconut and nuts. Put mixture into a lightly buttered 9x13 pan. Melt peanut butter and butterscotch chips together and spread over the top. Refrigerate until firm. Cut into small squares to serve. (These should be kept in the refrigerator in warm weather.)
