    1 c. Butter flavored Crisco
    1 c. Firmly packed Brown Sugar
    1/2 c. Sugar
    2 Eggs
    1 tsp. Vanilla
    1-1/2 c. Flour
    1 tsp. Baking Soda
    1 tsp. Cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. Salt
    3 c. Oats (quick cooking or old fashioned, uncooked)
    1 c. Raisins

    Creme Filling:
    2 tsp. Very Hot Water
    1/2 tsp. Salt
    7 oz. jar Marshmallow Creme
    1/2 c. Shortening
    1/3 c. Powdered Sugar
    1/2 tsp. Vanilla

    Recipe



    Beat Crisco, brown sugar & sugar until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla, beat well. In another bowl combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon & salt. Stir the dry ingredients into the creamed ingredients. Stir in oats and raisins. Drip by rounded tablespoonfuls onto parchment lined baking sheets. Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven & cool 1-2 minutes before removing to a wire rack. Cool completely.

    For the creme: in a small bowl, dissolve salt in the hot water. Set aside. In a medium bowl, combine marshmallow cr?me, shortening and powdered sugar. Beat well with an electric mixer on high until fluffy. Add the cooled salt solution and combine with the mixer. Spread cream on flat side of one cookie. Top with another cookie (flat side facing creme). Repeat for remaining cookies.
