15 Granny Smith apples
2 tablespoons Lemon juice
3/4 cup Granulated sugar
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon Nutmeg
1 and 1/4 cups Flour
1 and 1/4 cups Rolled oats
1 and 1/4 cups Brown sugar
1 stick Butter, sliced

Peel, core, and slice apples into a large bowl. Mix with lemon juice, sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg. Place in casserole dish.
Combine flour, rolled oats, and brown sugar, then crumble in the butter until the mixture is the consistency of crumbs.
Sprinkle the crumb topping on the apples. Bake at 350 degrees until the apples are tender and topping is golden brown.
