Split them and remove the pits. Put the apricots, water and sugar in a food processor and process to a runny consistency. In a large mixing bowl, whip the cream to the consistency of thick buttermilk. Fold the apricot mixture into it along with the Grand Marnier. Freeze the mixture in your ice cream maker according to its directions. Serve when done or transfer to a container and store in the freezer.
