    List of Ingredients




    1 cup chocolate chips
    1 cup evaporated milk
    1 cup powdered sugar
    1 large jar marachino cherries
    1 cup butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream
    1 box vanilla wafers
    1 cup chopped nuts
    1 pt. whipping cream
    3 large bananas

    Recipe



    Grease a 13x9 pan, cover bottom with a layer of crushed vanilla wafers, then a layer of sliced bananas, then the ice cream, then a layer of cherries and chopped nuts. Put in the freezer.

    Melt chocolate chips and butter together, add sugar and evaporated milk and vanilla, bring to boil and let thicken slightly. Cool a bit and pour over the cherries and nuts.

    Whip the cream and layer over the chocolate. Sprinkle with more crushed cookie crumbs.

    Freeze until ready to serve.
