4 cups fresh blueberries
1/2 cup sugar
dash of salt
1 cup flour
1 cup sugar
1 tbsp. baking powder
dash of salt
milk as needed
3/4 cup butter or margarine
Recipe
Combine blueberries with sugar & salt; bring to boiling over medium heat. Allow to simmer while preparing batter.
Blend together flour, sugar, baking powder & salt. Add enough milk to make a consistency like pancake batter.
Melt butter in 9x13 pan; spoon batter in but don't stir. Top with cooked blueberries, but again don't stir. Bake at 350F for 30-35 minutes, or until nicely browned. Serve with whipped or ice cream if desired.
