2C. Blueberries (fresh)
1/2C. water
1/4C. sugar
1 box dream whip
1/2C. milk
1teas. vanilla
2 cans of Grands Crescent rolls
Recipe
Add blueberries, water & sugar all together and boil this down so it's kind of thick. Let cool (I cooked it the night before and put in frig. until morning).
Whip Dream Whip in a chilled bowl after the blueberries have cooled.
Take out the Grands, but don't make into rolls, pinch them together to make a big square and cut into smaller ones. Fold the top over and you have a little turnover. Bake as directed on package. Let cool.
Fold the blueberry mixture into the dream whip. When the turnovers have cooled take the filling and put in a pastry bag (I used a cookie press with the long tube-shape thing and it worked great). Take a turnover and if using a bag take a knife and stick in one end of turnover to make a opening. Sqeeze some of the filling in each turnover and then sprinkle with powdered sugar.
