2/3 cup heavy cream
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp brandy
1 tsp Grand Marnier
1/4 cup sugar
2 Tbsp sour cream

Refrigerate a medium sized bowl and beaters until they are very cold. Combine cream, vanilla, brandy and Grand Marnier in cold bowl and beat on medium speed for 1 minute. Add sugar and sour cream and beat on medium speed just until soft peaks form- about 3 minutes.
