1 2/3 cups graham cracker crumbs
1 stick unsalted butter -- melted
1 pint whipping cream -- whipped to soft peaks
8 ounces cream cheese -- softened
1 can cherry pie filling
1 cup powdered sugar
Recipe
Add melted butter to graham cracker crumbs. Press crumbs into an 7x11 dish.
In a bowl, combine the cream cheese and the pie filling. Add the powdered sugar to the whipped cream, fold the whipped cream mixture into the pie filling.
Pour the pie filling mixture over the graham cracker crumbs.
Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
