1 can (16 ounce) pure pumpkin (not pie mix)
1 package (six serving size) instant sugar free vanilla pudding mix
1/4 cup low-fat milk
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 cups frozen light whipped topping
Recipe
In a medium bowl, beat together the pumpkin,pudding mix, milk and cinnamon.
Fold in the whipped topping until blended. Cover loosley and chill.
1/2 cup serving is 65 calories
