Frozen Hawaiian Pie

1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
1 (12 oz) cartaon frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cup chopped maraschino cherries
2 T lemon juice
2 (9") graham cracker crusts

In a bowl combine milk and whipped topping. Gently fold in pineapple, nuts, cherries, and lemon juice. Pour into crusts. Freeze until firm, about 4 hours. Remove from freezer 20 minutes before serving. Garnish with mint, nuts and cherries. Yields: 2 pies (6-8 servings each).
