1 lb. Hydrox cookies, crushed
1/3 cup melted butter
1 pkg. miniature marshmallows
1/2 cup milk
2 cups vanilla ice cream
1 cup crushed peppermint candy
Recipe
Combine cookies & melted butter to make crust. Reserve a handful for topping, and press the remainder in a 9x13 baking pan.
Combine marshmallows & milk over low heat & warm just until marshmallows are melted. Add to remaining ingredients and spread over cookie crust. Crumble reserved cookie mixture evenly over top and chill before serving.
